TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Upon collection of the vehicle, the Lessee authorizes the Lessor to make a pre-authorization on his/her credit card in the amount of € 1,000.00. This amount will not be charged, but will remain blocked as a guarantee. In the absence of damages, fines or additional costs, the pre-authorization will be cancelled within the timeframe provided by the Lessee’s banking institution.
• Pre-authorization can only be made to a credit card in the Lessee’s name. No cash or debit, virtual or prepaid cards are accepted.
• The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel present at the time of pickup.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was picked up.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to transport animals inside the vehicle.
• The customer is responsible for any fines or infractions committed during the rental.
• The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities or transportation of dangerous goods.
• The customer is responsible for any damage done to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
• In case of an accident, the customer must inform the rental company immediately and fill out the CID form.
• The customer may not transfer the vehicle to a third party without written permission from the company.
• The vehicle cannot be driven outside national borders without prior permission.
• The vehicle must be returned by the designated date and time or an additional charge will be made.
• In case of vehicle theft, the customer and/or driver remains fully responsible for reimbursement of the total cost of the vehicle if the keys are not returned.

 

PENALTIES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

1. Delay in redelivery

• In case of delayed return of the vehicle, a penalty of € 10.00 will be charged for each hour of delay, up to a maximum of 3 hours.
• Beyond that limit, the full cost of a day’s rental, calculated according to the rate in this contract, will be charged.

2. Loss of keys

• If the vehicle keys are lost or damaged, the Customer will be required to pay a penalty of € 250,00.

3. Extra miles

• If the Customer exceeds the mileage limit stipulated in the contract, a fee of € 0.25 will be charged for each excess mileage.

4. Refueling

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level present at the time of pickup.
• In case of failure to refuel, a flat fee of € 20.00 will be charged for refueling service, in addition to the fuel cost of € 1.80 for each missing liter of diesel fuel.

5. Extraordinary cleaning

• If the vehicle is returned in an extraordinarily dirty condition (persistent stains, unpleasant odors, food residue, or other materials that are difficult to remove), an additional charge of € 150,00 will be made for cleaning and sanitizing.

6. Internal damages

• Any damage to the interior of the vehicle is not covered by the insurance policy  and will be fully charged to the Customer.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• The customer is responsible for all repair costs resulting from improper use of the vehicle.
• The customer agrees to indemnify the company for any damage caused by the negligent use of the vehicle.
• The customer must park the vehicle in safe places and always lock it.
